It is with great satisfaction that Guala Closures informs you all of the new business combination undertaken between the historical managers, led by Ing. Marco Giovannini, and the company SPACE 4.

Space 4 is an Italian company listed on the stock exchange, specializing in the purchase of Italian industrial companies, in order to promote their growth and expansion plans.

Thanks to this transaction, Guala Closures will not only be able to be listed again - on the MTA market with the target of the STAR segment - but will also have new resources available for future investments and to further assert its role as an industry leader.
