Acknowledging the privacy notice, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation 2016/679, I hereby consent, in accordance with art. 6 of Regulation 2016/679, to the processing of my personal data by Guala Closures for corporate purposes or for purposes that are connected or instrumental to its business.

Pursuant to Regulation 2016/679
we hereby provide the following information:

  • the data supplied by yourself, if any, will be processed in accordance with the law and for the purpose of recruiting staff, managing our mail and storing the curricula received by our company;
  • your data will be processed with computer and automated means, by subjects specifically appointed to this end. These data will be processed in accordance with the law, according to the principles of lawfulness and fairness and with methods that ensure the transparency and protection of your confidentiality and rights;
  • your supply of data and your consent to their processing is optional, but failure to consent to processing will prevent you from participating in this staff recruitment stage;
  • the data provided by yourself will not be disclosed and will not be communicated to subjects or categories of third parties unrelated to GUALA CLOSURES;
  • the Data Controller is: GUALA CLOSURES;
  • you may exercise your rights at any time toward the data controller, pursuant to art.s 15, 16, 17 and 21 of Regulation 2016/679, which are fully reproduced herein for your convenience.
  • Right of access to personal data and other rights
  • The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
  • The data subject may obtain information on: a. the source of his/her personal data; b. the purposes and methods of data processing; c. the logics applied in case of electronic processing; d. the identity details of the Data Controller, the Data Processors and the designated representative; e. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may acquire them in their capacity of designated representative in the State territory, data processors or persons in charge.
  • The data subject may obtain: a. the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, the integration of his/her data; b. the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed against the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c. the confirmation that the operations described in letters a) and b) have been brought to the knowledge, even as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this proves impossible or it involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.
  • The data subject may object, in whole or in part: a. for legitimate reasons to the processing of his/her personal data, even where pertaining to the purpose of collection; b. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for market surveys or commercial communications.
