Gabriele Del Torchio
Gabriele del Torchio is Chairman of Guala Closures. A distinguished Italian executive with nearly five decades of leadership experience, he serves as Industrial Advisor to Investindustrial and holds board positions at prestigious companies including B&B Italia, OVS, Bologna Airport, and University of Padua. His remarkable career includes CEO roles at iconic Italian brands such as Ducati Motor (2007-2013), Alitalia (2013-2014), and Ferretti Group (2005-2007). Del Torchio has extensive experience leading major industrial companies including New Holland Italia, Carraro Group, and Permasteelisa, demonstrating exceptional expertise in corporate transformation and strategic leadership across diverse sectors.

Andrea Lodetti
Andrea Lodetti is Chief Executive Officer of Guala Closures. He joined the Group from Bormioli Pharma, a leading producer of glass and plastic pharmaceutical packaging solutions with nine manufacturing plants across Europe and a global presence. During his tenure as CEO, the company doubled its revenue and EBITDA. Throughout his career, Andrea Lodetti has held senior positions in other industrial companies such as Ceramiche Richetti (Ceramic Tiles) and Snaidero Group (Kitchens). He began his professional career as development engineer in various aerospace companies and spent several years as consultant at Bain & Company.

Luca Francesco Giangualano
Luca Francesco Giangualano is Group CFO at Guala Closures.
He brings with him over 20 years of international experience across corporate finance, treasury, M&A and financial planning within leading global companies, holding leadership roles in financial and managerial areas across various sectors, including ICT, packaging machinery, automotive, finance, and business consulting.
Luca holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe and a Ph.D. in Business Administration. His proven expertise and achievements are now supporting the growth of our business and developing targeted strategies to strengthen Guala Closures’ position as a global leader in the industry.

Arturo Martorelli
Arturo Martorelli serves as Chief Commercial Officer. With over 20 years of international experience, he has led strategic commercial operations across Europe, North America, and global markets. His career includes senior executive roles at Amcor Flexibles, Rain Bird Corporation, Zodiac Marine & Pool and Black & Decker, where he developed cross-functional expertise in sales, marketing, and business development. Martorelli focuses on driving sustainable growth through strong customer relationships and optimising global commercial organisations.

Andrea Tassisto
Andrea Tassisto serves as Group Industrial & Technical Director at Guala Closures, where he has built an impressive 20+ year career. Since 2016, he has overseen global industrial operations and technical strategy. His progressive leadership journey at Guala Closures includes roles as Industrial Director for Italy Business Unit, Technical Director, and Plant Director. Tassisto specialises in industrial organisation, manufacturing operations management, performance motivation, and team development. His expertise spans annual budgeting, business unit management, and relationship development, making him instrumental in driving operational excellence across Guala Closure's global manufacturing network.

Piero Cavigliasso
Piero Cavigliasso is Group R&D Director at Guala Closures, bringing over 30 years of diverse experience across R&D, human resources, sales, and marketing. His career spans multiple industries, from founding Plastics Academy and the biomedical startup NTPLAST to directing institutional relations at Biochemtex. Previously, he managed Proplast Consorzio's 210-member enterprise consortium and led international business development across Asia, Australia, and Africa. Cavigliasso combines technical expertise with strategic leadership in innovation and sustainable technologies.

Alessandro Accorsi
Alessandro Accorsi is the Group CPO at Guala Closures. With over 20 years of experience in global industrial companies, he is an accomplished procurement executive that leads purchasing strategy, digital transformation, and organizational redesign at the group level. Alessandro held senior roles at multinational companies, gaining deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier performance and global commodity management. With a background in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Alessandro is known for his hands-on leadership, international outlook, and ability to drive efficiency and innovation in complex procurement environments.

Emanuela De Franchis
Emanuela De Franchis is the Chief Human Resource Officer at Guala Closures. With more than 20 years of international experience, she has led complex HR transformations and organizational development initiatives across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Her career spans senior regional and global HR leadership roles at prominent multinational companies, including Accenture, Enel, Campari, Pernod Ricard, and Wittur. She has a strong track record in driving M&A integration projects, shaping high-performing cultures, and aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

Stefano Picchiotti
Stefano Picchiotti has extensive experience as a lawyer, having worked independently for years cooperating with Guala Closures as external lawyer from the early 2000s. In 2018, when the company was listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, he became the Group’s Chief Legal Officer. Over the years, Picchiotti has played a key role in all of the company’s major corporate transactions, including acquisitions and bond issuances. Additionally, among others, he serves as a board member of Guala Closures UK.

Lorenzo Ferrarese
Lorenzo Ferrarese is the Group H.S.E. & Insurance Director at Guala Closures. In his role, he works to oversee, develop and deploy the global HSE strategy and objective, ensuring compliance with Group management system and international standard such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 across multiple operations.
With a wide experience in HSE management professional, Lorenzo spearheads global programs aimed at achieving the Group’s HSE goals and advancing workplace safety culture and behaviour through procedure, audits, near-miss and unsafe act/condition mapping and analysis, sharing cross experience for all and trainings.
With a focus on cross-functional collaboration at all global executive level, he leads environmental health and safety programs that support quality, operational excellence, and ethical governance - not only minimizing risk, but also creating lasting value for people and planet.
For the Insurance Risk function, he is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational leadership of all the activities related to insurable risk response and insurance-related ones across the organization, both in M&A and for operational processes of the Group companies.

Lorenzo Gazzetta
Lorenzo Gazzetta is the Group M&A and Strategic Development Director at Guala Closures. He comes from a few years of experience in Lazard, where he had the role of Vice President and took care of M&A advisory, ECM and debt restructuring.
With a solid academic background from Bocconi University, he has developed a strong expertise in managing transactions, identifying and assessing new strategic opportunities.
Fluent in both Italian and English, he is known for his results oriented approach, keen negotiation skills, and ability to deliver strategic results in complex and fast paced environments.

Paolo Lavazza
Paolo Lavazza is Group Quality & Sustainability Director at Guala Closures, bringing over 20 years of experience in quality and operations management. With a degree in Chemical Macromolecular Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, he has built his experience within multinational companies before taking on roles of increasing responsibility across production and quality within our Group.
Since 2019, Paolo has been guiding quality strategy at group level, working with international teams to ensure compliance, manage key customer claims, and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Since 2021, in addition to Quality, he has also taken on the leadership of Group Sustainability, achieving important recognitions and milestones for the company.
Over the years, he has led teams of up to 200 people, managed plant operations, and successfully implemented ISO certifications, efficiency programs, contributing also to environmental and safety initiatives.
Fluent in Italian and English, he is recognized for his strong ethics, adaptability, and collaborative leadership.

Mariacamilla Morino
With a degree in Philosophy and over a decade of experience in the communications industry, Mariacamilla Morino has led impactful branding strategies for prominent organizations such as Ferrero, Mutti, and Barilla. Her expertise spans both B2C and B2B environments, including a recent leadership role at Bormioli Pharma. In her current position at Guala Closures, she directs the development and implementation of group-wide communication strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and strengthening the company’s global reputation. Passionate about the intersection of storytelling, innovation, and purpose-driven branding, Mariacamilla brings together strategic insight and creative flair to craft compelling narratives that connect with internal and external audiences and inspire meaningful engagement.

Aldo Chiaradia
Aldo Chiaradia is the Group IT Director at Guala Closures, where he leads a global digital roadmap encompassing more than 35 manufacturing plants worldwide, integrating ERP, IoT, CRM, AI, and cybersecurity solutions.
With over 35 years of experience in Information Systems and digital transformation, Aldo held senior roles at EY and served as CIO for leading multinational companies, driving significant advancements in business process reengineering and digitalization across various industries. His leadership is characterized by a collaborative, change-oriented approach, emphasizing continuous innovation and the strategic use of emerging technologies like AI and cloud computing.
Aldo is also an active member of CIO and tech leader communities and has co-founded startups, reflecting his commitment to fostering innovation and digital transformation.

Josè Luis Gutierrez
José Luis Gutiérrez is regional Director Americas at Guala Closures.
An accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in operations, commercial strategy and general management across the packaging and manufacturing industries, served as General Manager for Guala Closures Mexico from 2001 and was later appointed Americas Director, overseeing operations in Mexico, the U.S., Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Chile.
Prior to joining Guala Closures, he held senior roles at Owens Illinois and Grupo Vitro. José Luis holds an MBA from IPADE, has completed executive studies at the University of Michigan Business School, and is a Chemical Engineer from Universidad La Salle.

David Stevenson
David Stevenson is Regional Director APA at Guala Closures.
With over three decades of experience across strategy, finance, M&A, and general management in industries ranging from packaging to investment banking, he is a global executive who held multiple senior leadership roles at Guala Closures across India, Italy, Oceania, and Africa since 2007. David has led major turnaround projects, international expansions, and award-winning M&A transactions. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at leading multinational companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School.

Nicola Carandente
Nicola Carandente is the Prestige Division Director at Guala Closures.
With over 17 years of experience and expertise in Global sales organization, Product Development, Procurement and Project Management, he gained in leading industrial groups operating across various industries, including pharma & cosmetics, packaging, automotive, consumer goods, and oil & gas.
Thanks to his expertise and a strong focus on a culture of continuous improvement, Nicola has achieved proven success in enhancing sales performance, increasing market share, driving revenues growth and developing new markets. These achievements always reflected Nicola's commitment to sustainability and innovation in the packaging sector.
With his background, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expanding its market presence.

Stelios Vitogiannis
Stelios Vitogiannis has been the CEO of ASTIR Crowns since 2007, having started his career as plant manager in 2001. Following the acquisition of Astir Crowns by Guala Closures in 2024, he continues to serve as head of the Crown Corks division in the Group. With a background in economics & finance, and over 25 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and executive leadership, Stelios has played a key role in driving Astir’s growth, tripling its size, delivering strong financial performance, expanding its global footprint, and upholding standards of governance excellence. Throughout his time in leadership, he has led to many strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, joint ventures and IPOs. He is an active board member of several listed companies and participates in various industries committees.

Yinzhang Zhu
Mr. Zhu Yinzhang, shareholder and director of Guala Closures China, is the current CEO of Fengyi Guala Closures (Sichuan) Co., Ltd.
Over twenty years ago, he played a pioneering role in introducing Guala Closures’ production lines to the Chinese market, adopted by leading companies such as Wuliangye, marking a turning point in the domestic packaging industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions in prominent enterprises, driving growth and innovation across the sector.
At Fengyi Guala Closures, Mr. Zhu has led the company with a clear strategic focus on R&D, digitalization, and industry 4.0. He spearheaded the large-scale application of double QR code technology in liquor packaging, advancing automation and efficiency while strengthening competitiveness.
Under his leadership, the company has achieved sustainable growth, combining innovation with environmental responsibility. Beyond his role at Guala Closures, Mr. Zhu holds executive positions in other packaging companies, including Sichuan Putian Packaging Co., Ltd. and Yibin Guanghua Packaging Co., Ltd., contributing to local economic development and being recognized as a socially responsible and outstanding entrepreneur by regional authorities.

Yumin Zhuo
Ms. Yumin Zhuo, shareholder and director of Guala Closures China, is Vice President of Fengyi Guala Closures (Sichuan) Co., Ltd.
With over 20 years of experience in the packaging industry, she has played a pivotal role in advancing the sector, driving business growth in China and the Asia-Pacific region through innovative strategies and strong market vision. She has successfully connected global resources with local needs, fostering the integration of international expertise into regional markets.
Ms. Zhuo previously held senior leadership roles at WING FAT (Sichuan) Printing Co., Ltd., a leading player in China’s packaging industry, where she tripled performance in three years. Later, as General Manager of Sichuan Kaipu Packaging Co., Ltd., she led the company to seven consecutive years of growth exceeding 50% annually, establishing it as a market leader. Her career reflects outstanding strategic insight, operational excellence, and recognized leadership in the packaging sector.
